We accept a small number of these commissions each year so that every material, every commissioned piece, and every moment of the guest journey receives undivided attention from concept through reveal.

Experienced Audit
A FoundHomeCo. representative stays onsite for multiple nights to experience the home as a guest would. We assess comfort, flow, amenities, install quality, hospitality gaps, and missed opportunities, then provide refined recommendations to perfect the stay.
