Support from the plan to the completed stay.
Performance Design establishes the direction. Vendor Concierge supports the design handoff and implementation questions. Procurement handles approved purchases, tracking, and eligible repairs or replacements. Receiving and installation are coordinated with the client’s chosen team according to scope.
For completed properties, an Experience Audit evaluates the guest journey during a one- to three-night stay and identifies practical priorities for the owner, manager, and project team.
