Submit Your Approved List
Upload your completed and fully approved product list. Because we order directly from this list, all selections, quantities, finishes, and shipping information must be final.

Fund the Purchases
We will provide the procurement masterlist and contact you for product payment. Ordering begins once payment has been received.

Orders Placed Within 48 Hours
We place all approved orders within 48 hours of receiving product payment, helping you keep the project moving without losing time to purchasing administration.

Tracking — Without the Chasing
Tracking information is added as each order is placed and updated twice weekly throughout the active ordering process. You always have a clear view of what has shipped, what is pending, and what requires attention.

Replacements Handled
If damaged or incorrect item is sent, we contact the vendor and begin handling the eligible replacement within 48 hours. Replacement approval, availability, and delivery timing remain subject to the vendor’s policies

Pricing & Payment

$500 Project Setup
A one-time $500 service fee reserves your project and begins the procurement process. This covers onboarding, master-list review, and project setup.
Product Cost
Each order is billed at the approved product cost plus any shipping/tax.
Payment in Full
The complete product payment must be received before purchasing begins. Once payment is received, all approved orders are placed within 48 hours.
Payment Options
Product payments may be made by ACH transfer or credit card.
